Story
Calenda Kitchen is family-run. Ana makes the salsas. Her sons Leo and Sam run the truck with her. The truck itself is painted with colorful Oaxacan folk-art creatures.
They park at 123 Main St in Downtown, near the the library. Weekday mornings and lunch only — closed Saturday and Sunday.
People come back for the smoky charcoal-grilled flavor, the salsas, the huge burritos, and a friendly crew at the window.

The salsas are made by Ana. These two are the ones the truck is known for.
